What You'll be Doing

You’ll bring in expertise in Instructional Design and User Experience Design to drive better learning engagement as well as learner knowledge and retention. You’ll be exposed to innovations in the areas of automation, AI, simulation, and self-paced learning.

You’ll be responsible for the design, development, evaluation, as well as enhancement and maintenance of virtual blended learning experiences that are human-centered, goal-oriented and data driven. This exciting role uses a variety of methodologies and technologies from learning design, learning science, graphic design, and media design to create learning content and experiences.

On a typical day, you'll

·Review existing or new requests for training material and/or initiatives

·Perform a Training Needs Analysis (TNA), where you’ll identify whether a need for training exists, as well as the audience, the timeframe, and the intended results

·Design and build learning material, either on Learning Design platforms (e.g. Rise) or presentation decks

·Perform any needed maintenance or updates to existing training material

·Review and analyze the effectiveness of instructor-led courses

·Review and report the improvement of the performance indicators targeted by the learning material

In this role, you’ll report to the Global Learning and Development Senior Manager. You’ll impact the employee journey, clients, and the overall business globally with your redesign of the learning material and learner experience.

·Advanced English communication skills

·Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus

·3 years of demonstrable experience including building e-learning content using Articulate 360 (Rise / Storyline) and Vyond and creating user content using basic graphic design programs and/or presentation building software, 

·Knowledge of and practical application of adult learning theory, learning design principles, Kirkpatrick model, as well as learning design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy)

·Assessment Design knowledge, in order to build valid knowledge checkers, simulations, and on-the-job evaluations

·Experience using Learning Management Systems and/or Learning Experience Systems

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office including using advanced features in PowerPoint and basic features in Word and Excel

·Basic project management skills

·Experience in learning data analysis to effectively evaluate behavioral and business impact of training programs

·Partnering with Operations and Quality team to design timely, relevant interventions

·Consultative skills, to push back tactfully when training isn’t the real solution, suggesting coaching or process fixes instead

·Understanding of Training ROI: Kirkpatrick levels (Reaction → Learning → Behavior → Results)
