We're honored to share that our TTEC Krakow team has been recognized for their commitment to their team during a tumultuous past few years. According to the European Customer Experience Awards (ECXA), the awards celebrate the inspiring efforts of CX professionals across Europe. TTEC Krakow earned a Silver award for the category Employee Experience in Crisis.
Recent years have seen a pandemic and an ongoing military conflict. The TTEC Krakow team worked together to share innovative ideas to figure out how to best adapt the business to the crises. With a focus on people's mental health first, the company implemented TTEC's work from home technology to enable employees to work remotely quickly and efficiently. With the Ukraine crisis, the team used the learnings from the pandemic to support the team's mental health during an ongoing military conflict in a neighboring country with the Krakow workforce directly affected.
Recognizing the importance of human connection, the team innovated new ways to engage with each other whether in a work-from-home or hybrid model in Krakow. They ensured flexibility so family members could be taken care of, dedicated funds for the team to invest in team building activities, and held more frequent team meetings. Living the TTEC values, the team acted as one to provide opportunities to build work relationships, starting from the onboarding process. The site continued with development opportunities through workshops such as #IamRemarkable and Employee Resource Groups such as Women in Leadership sessions.
Well done once again to our colleagues in Poland who have worked through so much adversity, together as a team. Learn more about the remarkable Krakow team. Find out more about how TTEC Krakow brings fun to the workplace and to the football field.
