Celebrate Pride Month At Work: The LGBTQIA+ Experience at TTEC

As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, finding a company culture that embraces belonging and celebrates Pride Month in the workplace is a must. That’s why I’m thrilled to work in such an extraordinary organization like TTEC!

Recently, we celebrated diversity, equity, and inclusion in a big way by participating in a vibrant LGBTQIA+ career fair in Denver, CO, called the Pride Job Fair. Being part of such a special community event not only reaffirmed TTEC’s commitment to fostering workplace diversity and inclusivity, but also provided us with a unique opportunity to connect with talented individuals from the Pride community who share our values and vision.

At TTEC, we understand the importance of creating a supportive environment for all our employees, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression. That's why we're proud to have a dedicated group called Prism that actively champions all things LGBTQIA+ within our organization. Prism (one of our many employee resource groups) serves as a vital resource for networking, support, and education, providing a safe space where everyone feels valued and respected.

Prism's role within TTEC is invaluable. It helps create a sense of belonging, fosters understanding, and promote allyship, ultimately contributing to a more inclusive and innovative workplace culture. With employee resource groups like Prism and our participation in inclusive job fairs globally such as the Pride Job Fair, it’s no surprise that TTEC has been an employer of choice. In fact, we were recently certified as a Great Place to Work® in Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the United States!

And wait, there’s more! The Pride Job Fair is not the only event TTEC is participating in to highlight Pride Month in the workplace. With Pride activities in full swing, we're excited to announce several upcoming events to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community at TTEC.
