She explained that our Foundation is “entirely employee-driven.” That means any employee can apply for a grant for a school or nonprofit they care about. Ashley shared, “Our goal is really to make a positive impact on others’ lives, but we find it makes an equally meaningful impact on our own.”

The TTEC Foundation’s reach is global. It reflects the diverse communities we serve. In 2024 alone, the Foundation gave more than $325,000 to education organizations worldwide. These grants turn into books, technology, food pantry support, and chances for students who need them.
Much of our giving happens in the Asia-Pacific region, especially in the Philippines and India. Last year, we gave 89 grants in those areas. It’s especially meaningful when employees support schools they once attended themselves.
We also reach other regions:

One powerful example is the grant given to Hope Homes in Puerto Escondido, Mexico. Ashley shared that Hope Homes provides a secure and accessible home where children can come and stay as needed, even in a full-time live-in situation.
The Foundation’s gift helped buy land for a new facility, where they will offer shelter, meals, support, and education to up to 200 children in need. Ashley explained that these students will get educational opportunities that can shape their futures. This project shows the importance of giving back to local charities and looking after the welfare of society.
Gowan Science Academy in Yuma, Arizona
Another story is from Gowan Science Academy in Yuma, Arizona. Thanks to a Foundation grant, students had the chance to travel to San Diego for an immersive science field trip. Some of them had never been outside their hometown before.
Ashley said, “The grant that we provided ensures, of course, the equitable access for all students, including those who may not have had the opportunity to travel outside of Yuma. But in the long term, it cultivates a passion for STEM fields. It broadens students’ horizons and builds lasting memories tied to educational exploration.”
