For example, Ed Swanner, a Manager at TTEC, has utilized the knowledge and abilities he brought from the Marine Corps in his Sales Service Delivery role.

Ed shares, “As part of the Marines, we’re trained to make strategic decisions according to each unique scenario. Thinking, acting, and moving with a sense of purpose is mandatory on the battlefield. When TTEC hired me in 2011, I was encouraged to use those abilities. However, it’s my mentors who helped me polish my skills and potential. Since then, I have been able to grow my post-military career here.”
