We turned to Arthur Nowak, Senior Vice President Operations of TeleTech, Asia-Pacific, to share more about what this award means today and what we can expect in our future.
"We’re creating wow experiences for our frontline employees because they deserve the same quality of service we deliver to the customers of our clients. By removing friction in the employee experience, we can focus our talent on enabling the value proposition of our organization: bringing humanity to business. Through our investments in our employees, we have been able to see increased participation by our employees in their own professional development and participating in more strategic discussions on how to drive more positive customer outcomes with our clients. In this way, our investment has helped our employees to be more strategic in the business and this makes our company a more strategic partner with our clients.

We’re at an inflection point of changing the definition of contact center employment I’m proud this effort has been recognized by Kincentric for the second year in a row, but our momentum is not yet at full velocity. We are just getting started and this reward is just an early recognition of the exciting transformation happening at TeleTech.
