What You’ll be Doing 
Are you results focused and love to help others? Do you have a passion to maximize sale opportunities? In this role, you’ll work effectively to service and upsell client products to existing customers. Focused on educating the customer on their current product(s), you’ll also identify and capitalize on all other sale opportunities for products that may pair well with their current products and future needs. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Bring your passion and experience in negotiation to close a sale, handle objections and rebuttals during role plays and customer interactions
  • Effectively handle calls from existing customers while identifying and handling all sale opportunities start to close
  • Comfort escalated or complex calls and work to resolve customer issues
  • Lead by example and work with your team to contribute to the overall success of your client program

What You Bring to the Role

  • 3+ years of sales experience (closing and negotiation experience)
  • Comfortable with decision making by assessing the situation, researching potential solutions and making recommendations as you take escalated or complex calls
  • 6 months or more of customer services experience with a client solution-oriented mindset to ensure happy customers
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience
  • For at home roles – keep High speed internet (> 15mbps)
  • Active Health Resident License

The anticipated range is $18-$20 hourly. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.

You'll report to Sales Service Delivery Manager. You'll contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team.
