Your Role:

The Senior Call Centre Executive serves as a role model for exemplary resolution of customer cases, managing cases directed to the executive team, case support for absent colleagues, and handling escalated customer calls. The Senior Call Centre Executive looks to increase Customer Satisfaction results through every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume ownership of escalated cases by actively conducting investigations, working with management to provide resolution

  • Handle escalated customer calls and cases with an aim to meet customer needs and provide a prompt resolution

  • Case support for absent colleagues

  • Provide general floor support by provide guidance on case resolution and approach

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma required

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a contact center, specifically in concern resolution

  • Experience with the automotive industry a plus

  • Experience in a luxury field (hospitality or brand product) a plus

  • High level of trust and integrity

  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills

  • Conflict resolution skills – listen to the customer

  • Exercise good service and business judgment with end goal of customer satisfaction
