What You’ll Be Doing

The Time Keeping Specialist (TKS) is responsible for the daily administration of timekeeping policies and procedures, bi-weekly or monthly processing of properly recorded time for submission to corporate payroll, review and validation of supporting locations payroll and managing monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual operational bonuses as well as the Annual Incentive Plan and Long-Term Incentive Plan for applicable G&A employees.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

·Review employee electronic timecards for accuracy of punches, agent daily approvals, exceptions and supervisor pay period approvals.

·Performs sign-off for pay period after supervisor approval of all timecards through timekeeping system, prepare and process data extraction from timekeeping system to provide to payroll.

·Responsible for compliance of site pay practices that are being followed at site in accordance with Percepta policies.

·Ensures that data imports are loading into the timekeeping system, e.g. punch loads, workforce management system loads, accrual balances, HRIS system loads.Submits technical ticket as necessary, and contacts appropriate support resources for problem resolutions.

·Review time off accruals for accuracy and submit discrepancy adjustments as necessary.

·Partner with internal clients in the adjustment of time data. Research and process all adjustments to employee time data.

·Enter timekeeping data related to terminations and special payments (vacation payouts).

·Perform check register reviews to ensure accurate employee payments, submit payroll tickets for corrections, partner with corporate payroll team of issues that arise from the payroll processing, and provide timely approval of payroll run to ensure employees are paid on time.

·Provide service and support to employees for pay-related inquiries.

·Research and identify any systems issues between several data points which feed data to timekeeping system.

·Partners with Finance to provide client billing information from timekeeping system.

·Represent company at local bank for any payroll related bank requirements.

·Provide support with saving fund vendor/system as it relates to payroll deductions/contributions.

·Support internal/external audits of payroll related data as required.

·Coordination of bank account activation in partnership with finance.

·Payroll card activation and management/tracking as required.

·Manage check delivery between legal & HR.Represent company at bank to collect checks for resolved conciliation processes.

What You Bring to the Role

  • High School Degree or Equivalent required. Bachelor Degree equivalent work-related experience preferred.
  • 1 or more years of position related experience required.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Detail oriented with high level accuracy
  • Understanding of legal requirements for pay practices in Mexico
  • Advanced excel
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Available to work outside normal work schedule when necessary to ensure accurate payroll processing in the event of systems issues and/or delayed input.
  • High level of professional integrity
