What You’ll be Doing
Are you passionate about nurturing a positive and inclusive global workplace culture? Do you thrive on analyzing data to uncover actionable insights and drive meaningful change? As the ultimate employee ambassador, you’ll manage our comprehensive employee listening strategy, placing you at the forefront of understanding and enhancing the employee experience. Your expertise will be pivotal in collaborating with leaders around the world, supporting annual and mid-year action plans, and preparing for end-of-year evaluations, ensuring that our team remains engaged and motivated. You’ll collaborate with colleagues globally, building empathetic, trust-based relationships that foster open communication.
You’ll guide initiatives to nurture company pride, recognition, and engagement by analyzing and sharing data. You’ll conceptualize, plan, and execute companywide surveys to better understand team engagement and bring great insights to the business. Partnering with data experts, you’ll determine the best tools and routes for knowledge. Bring your positive energy to this role as you lead strategic initiatives to foster a culture of belonging.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employer Brand and Global Employee Engagement, you’ll directly impact and contribute to the success of the employee experience for our global organization.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Analyze trends and patterns from surveys and other employee feedback mechanisms to drive actionable insights
- Provide direction to the business based on insights from global surveys
- Team up with data, developer, and automation experts to develop intuitive and user-friendly dashboards and reporting solutions
- Collaborate with people and engagement leaders to enhance employee engagement by building internal assets, providing training and support, facilitating global engagement events, and conducting webinars
- Work with the employee engagement team and various departments to achieve team goals
- Care for recognition programs, including internal employee awards and technology platforms
What You Bring to the Role
- An undergraduate degree including 1+ year experience in HR or employee engagement, or 2 years in customer service, sales, or organizational communication
- Fluent in English for creating presentations and campaigns, and leading workshops for a global team
- 1 year experience with data analysis and basic statistics using tools like Excel, Airtable, Power BI, or SQL
- Advanced skills in using PowerPoint and Excel creatively to design engaging presentations and visual content, with a passion for the creative process
- Skilled in managing multiple projects through a project management system such as Asana, in a dynamic environment, handling change processes effectively, and being a self-starter with high attention to detail and organization
- Energized by building and developing relationships across all levels
- Proficiency with generative AI tools like CoPilot for productivity tasks, Canva for design and visual content creation, and other AI-driven platforms to analyze data, enhance employee engagement strategies and streamline processes
