What You’ll be Doing
Do you have a passion for building relationships and helping businesses grow? As an Account Manager, you'll support strategic sellers across Southeast Asia by helping them maximize performance, drive growth, and deliver exceptional experiences for customers. During these interactions, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and collaborate with internal teams to create long-term success for sellers and the marketplace.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Manage and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of strategic and high-potential sellers across Southeast Asia
- Develop and execute growth plans to increase sales performance, product assortment, seller engagement, and overall business results
- Analyze business performance and marketplace trends to identify opportunities, risks, and actionable recommendations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Resolve business challenges and seller escalations while driving continuous improvements and marketplace compliance
What You Bring to the Role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Category Management, Marketplace Management, or related commercial roles
- Experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, retail, or digital commerce industries, with knowledge of Southeast Asia markets and cross-border trade
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in Excel, business analytics, and reporting tools
- Demonstrated success managing marketplace sellers, merchants, brands, or strategic accounts and delivering measurable business growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence internal and external partners
- Experience working with international sellers and regional stakeholders, with familiarity in seller performance metrics, marketplace operations, and online consumer behavior
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to solve complex problems, adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, and balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
