Accountant, GL

The Digital Accounting team needs additional resources to support the processing of revenue and invoicing for all customers with the recent changes within the technology framework. This has been pre-approved by Kenny to set up a new team in India with a Manager, and 3 Accountants to support this work. 
The responsibilities will be to troubleshoot the error messages daily between CRM, Oracle, and Changepoint and escalate where needed to identify root causes. This team will also help support invoicing to customers and working with the business to identify what invoices are approved to issue as well as working with clients on invoicing requirements as needed. Finally, this team will help process revenue during the close process as it is tedious and requires several steps that take time and review. 
Invoices will not be issued timely to customers which will directly impact cash flow and the ability to pay down debt.
