What You’ll be Doing
Have a passion to aid the recruitment process and candidate experience? Looking to make a global impact? You’ll process and manage candidate applications from our job postings for associate level positions. As you support global efforts and work with candidates from different backgrounds, you’ll support our high-volume recruitment teams by moving candidates through the application process, completing pre-screening interviews, processing related tasks received from onsite teams, and help address candidate concerns through chat, email, or phone.
You'll report to Team Lead, Human Capital Services. You'll contribute to the success of the business, recruitment team, and the candidate experience as you ensure expectations are communicated, targets are met, and candidate concerns are processed promptly.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
• Partner with global recruiters to prescreen candidates and guide them through each step of the recruitment process.
• Conduct high-volume screening interviews via phone for candidates across EMEA. This includes to respond to candidate inquiries promptly via chat, email, or phone, ensuring a smooth applicant experience.
• Manage and process candidate applications from multiple channels including job boards, TTECJobs.com, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, chat, and phone.
• Evaluate candidate suitability based on required skills and performance indicators.
• Conduct language assessments (English) and support virtual job fairs or group interviews.
• Schedule onsite and remote interviews for large volumes of candidates, even during peak periods or holidays.
• Accurately track and move candidates through recruitment steps using Applicant Tracking Systems and other tools.
• Meet hiring targets and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What You Bring to the Role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to connect and work well with people from diverse backgrounds with a strong employee and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to "read between the lines" to assess performance potential.
• Proficiency with recruitment technologies such as ATS, Excel (including advanced spreadsheet functions), SharePoint, and other internet-based tools.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with a passion for accuracy and structure.
• Comfort working in a repetitive and process-driven environment with consistent focus and efficiency.
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability when engaging with candidates from the EMEA region.
