What You’ll Do
Looking for an opportunity where your research impacts a global organization and the employee experience? Curious about uncovering patterns in your research and analyzing the data to inform strategic initiatives? You’ll be responsible for conducting comprehensive research and data analysis to support our talent attraction efforts, employee engagement strategies, and employer brand initiatives. You’ll help make sense of the data and explain what it means to the business which helps drive strategic direction for our employment brand.
You'll provide critical research findings and reports for information such as the labor market, key industry trends, wage and compensation data, competitors, and regional market data.As a contributor to the team and business, you’ll deliver high quality analyses, insight, and branded presentations for a variety of departments including leadership. You’ll also collaborate with data and automation teams, manage special projects, and provide budget support for employee experience initiatives.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employer Brand and Global Employee Engagement, you’ll directly impact and contribute to the success of the employee experience for our global organization.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
·Work with raw statistics, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations with your reporting to leadership
·Prepare research reports using a combination of primary and secondary research techniques such as government research lists often with quick turnaround times
·Consult and work with a global team in a virtual environment, including talent acquisition marketing, recruiters, and operations, to craft and create research plans that support decision-making and keep projects moving forward
·Create accurate and compelling research presentations that tell a story in a manner that can be used by leadership to develop company strategy
·Plan and manage research projects to ensure timely delivery and consistency
·Build and maintain a knowledge base content library
·Work with team members across different departments to help them easily understand and act on the insights provided.
·Work with the employee engagement team to support with budget
What You Bring to the Role
·Bachelor’s degree in a science-based field such as Research, Mathematics, Economics or Marketing
·3 years + experience in market research and data analysis
·Ability to prioritize requests (and shift priorities) while focusing on accuracy of details for quality reporting
·1 year experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI and Looker
·Advanced skills in using PowerPoint and Excel to enhance the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly
·Skilled in managing multiple projects through a project management system such as Asana, in a dynamic environment, handling change processes effectively
·A self-starter with high attention to detail and organization
·Energized by building and developing relationships across all levels
·Proficiency with generative AI tools like CoPilot for productivity tasks, Canva for design and visual content creation, and other AI-driven platforms to analyze data, enhance employee engagement strategies and streamline processes
