Summary
The Learning Experience Designer (LXD) creates engaging, human-centered learning
experiences that leverage learning sciences, UX principles, and emerging technologies. This
role focuses on learner empathy, personalization, and innovation to deliver impactful
learning solutions aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
• Design and develop virtual and blended learning experiences using human-centered
design and design thinking methodologies.
• Apply learning sciences and UX principles to enhance learner engagement, retention,
and motivation.
• Create content using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, synthesia, GenAIpowered content authoring tool), multimedia, and graphic design principles.
• Integrate adaptive learning strategies, gamification, simulations, and scenario-based
learning.
• Leverage LMS/LXP platforms, AI-enabled tools, and immersive technologies (VR/AR)
for scalable learning.
• Develop authentic, performance-based assessments to measure engagement, behavior
change, and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to co-create solutions and
maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage projects using agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment
with business objectives.
• Conduct research on learning tools and platforms and leverage learning data to monitor
performance and predict learner success.

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning design, including e-learning development
and UX application.
• Proficiency in authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, GenAI-powered content
authoring tool).
• LMS/LXP platforms, multimedia tools (e.g. Synthesia, Vyond, PowToon), and Microsoft
Office.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, cognitive science, and instructional design models
(ADDIE, Bloom’s).
• Experience in learning data analysis to evaluate behavioral and business impact of
training programs.
• Basic project management skills and familiarity with productivity tools.
• Advanced English communication skills.
