THE ROLE :
 
As Learning Development Executive (LDE) you are responsible for training and developing our new hires of account executives and campaign specialists. You are also expected to provide, coordinate, consolidate, and analyze all necessary data in order to deliver training in a timely and accurate manner following client requirements and company standards.
 
KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES :

•         Achieve 100% of training completion goals. Learning Development Executives are responsible for facilitation of new hires classes, as well as all applicable client trainings. LDEs have daily, weekly, and monthly training goals, which must be achieved on time. LDEs prepare, monitor, update and share training reports. Provide support to associates if needed after the completion of training.

•         Learn key business objectives, timeframes, and requirements associated with each training goal and class. Have a high level of knowledge of training practices and policies and having a thorough understanding of systems that support those functions. Adapt quickly to any changes in the training process. Be able to troubleshoot and report issues that will impact Learning and Leadership Development department systems. Understand the requirements for each training/class while strictly adhering to TeleTech policies and client requirements.

•         Understand and improve the key success metrics associated with each training goal. These include :
o   Associate Performance 30 days post-training
o   Training Attrition
o   Training Satisfaction
o   ERGM

•         LDEs are held accountable for training completion. They keep track of training attendance. Accountable for employee satisfaction with training. L&LD Trainers schedule, prepare, and deliver training, as well as participate in efforts to constantly look for opportunities to improve current process and communicate their ideas to their team lead or manager regularly.

•         Deliver consistent high quality customer service. Respond to all customer (internal/external) requests within the established time frames. Maintain a positive, respectful and caring attitude when working with others. Communicate problems clearly and reassures customers that issues will be resolved quickly and delivers with minimum long term impact. Proactively share all issues with management. Take personal responsibility for solving and finding solutions.

•         Escalate training issues as appropriate. Clearly identify issues including the scope of the problem and relative urgency. Provide clear documentation of the issue to the appropriate team. Answer questions and assist in isolating the root cause of problems. Participate in testing solutions to ensure problems have been resolved.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :

•         Good analytical and problem solving skills - giving full attention to what the customer is saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

•         Logical thinker.

•         Up-to-date technical knowledge of cloud-based services, social media, computers, mobile devices, and more importantly how they all work together.

•         Have in depth understanding of AdWords and online advertising.

•         Positive client-facing attitude for trouble shooting and timely resolution.

•         Able to set priorities and multi‐task.

•         Excellent ability to develop and build training materials and presentations.

•         Excellent ability to perform error/failure analysis and provide effective, closed-loop, and corrective actions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

•         BA/BS degree on business, communications, sales & marketing, and digital media or equivalent practical experience in training/educational/learning environment in the internet/online industry.

•         Unbeatable communication skills, both oral and written.

•         Internet savvy and knowledge of traditional and digital media, along with its competitive landscape.

•         Understanding of unique challenges that small businesses face in marketing online.

•         AdWords certification.

•         Preferably with PHL passport and US visa.
