The Technical Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for delivering on medium to large complex contact center technology services and solutions for our enterprise level client base.  In this role you will be responsible for directing, organizing and coordinating project activities under the Program Director. 

Role responsibilities :
•       Sub contractor management of work
•       Sub contractor forecasting, tracking and time entry
•       Project QA Report ( PC would pull the hours from Oracle and complete the repetitive tasks)
•       Collections Calls and weekly updates to PM
•       Documentation and distribution of meeting notes after PM review
•       Documentation of status reports ( Program Manager would still own content and delivery to client)
•       Coordination of security clearances (if required)
•       Time Card Reminders
•       Sharepoint set up and documentation
•       Weekly hours audit against forecast
•       Review of technical documentation for spelling, missing files/links before sharing with customer
•       Expense monitoring and as required, detailed reporting to the client
•       Attend all meetings, internal and client
•       Assist with drafting of project proposals and preliminary project schedules

Skill requirements :
•       Bachelor Degree required
•       At least 3 years professional experience working in a technology services environment in a project management or client support or project coordinator role
•       PMP ideal, but not required.  
•       Proficiency working with MS Project and MS Office
•       Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
•       Highly effective at multi-tasking and organization is a must
•       Strong verbal and written communication skills required
•       Knowledge or familiarity of Cisco or Contact Center technology solutions preferred
