Job Description

TeleTech is seeking an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to join our Enterprise Services team.
 
What you’ll be doing : 


Assistant Facilities Managers coordinate the overall facilities management of one TeleTech site. They ensure that the site’s critical systems are operational 24/7 through regular inspection and maintenance. They oversee and perform the safety, security, and general maintenance activities at the site to maintain a safe and pleasant working environment for all employees and visitors. Facilities and Security Team Leads manage a team of Specialists and also develop and manage local vendor relationships and budget and procurement duties as required.
 
What you’ll bring to us :



  • Implement preventive maintenance of all critical equipment
  • Conducts regular walk thru, check up and inspection of electrical, mechanical, plumbing FDAS, Firepro system and ensure these are in good condition
  • Coordinate with building landlord/bldg, manager on building related matters and building owned equipment
  • Implement energy conservation program
  • Oversee housekeeping staff and ensure that site is always in good and clean condition
  • Ensures that housekeeping supplies are available at all times
  • Responds to facilities related ticket items
  • Assist HSE Manager in safety and health related programs in the site
  • Assist Project Manager in implementation of fit out projects including minor renovation works
  • Coordinate and conduct the annual emergency fire and earthquake drills




What skills you’ll need :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Manager specializing in engineering in a BPO environment
  • 3 years or more work experience in Facilities / Building / Property Management
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Pro active and positive attitude
