TTEC is seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join the Marketing & Communications team.
 
About the Social Media Marketing Manager Role :
 
We are looking for a strategic thinker, with a passion for all things social, to lead our Social Media team. As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you will supervise a team of specialists and will be responsible for building and executing our social media strategy for business development, employee engagement and talent acquisition globally.
 
We are looking for a candidate who is experienced in managing and growing social activity using an authentic voice and creatively-developed campaigns.  As the Social Media Marketing Manager at TTEC, you will tell our story through compelling social campaigns that will inform and engage current employees and business partners to facilitate acquisition of new candidates as well as new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task without daily supervision.
 
What you’ll be doing : 
  • Develop engaging campaigns designed to enhance our employees, candidates and clients understanding of our business through social channels.
  • Deliver a social strategy that allows us to maximize ROI for business development and talent acquisition.
  • Drive candidates understanding of our company culture via social media and online platforms to create brand awareness and support talent acquisition.
  • Maintain an annual editorial/content calendar for blog and social media networks.
  • Act as a focal point for all departments regarding current social media strategy.
  • Manage global social media team.
  • Coach social media specialists on strategic analytical approaches to measure, test and optimize social media content on a daily, weekly and long-term basis
  • Analyze data and compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that include metrics on engagement for executive leadership team
  • Oversee day to day activities including reputation monitoring, research, influencer outreach, content seeding, social network engagement, and more
  • Benchmark and monitor competitors and industry leaders in social media to apply best practices and improve the overall social-media strategy
  • Build brand awareness by ensuring a positive social media presence for the company
  • Create use cases, analyses and best in class examples from examples inside and outside the industry and apply to our company to support our business goals
  • Own and manage the quality of assigned local social properties and profiles and coach executives on how to leverage social media to build their presence
  • Collaborates with our IT organization to continuously evaluate future or emerging web and social technologies

What skills you’ll need :
  • BA/BS degree preferred, MBA or equivalent a plus
  • At least 4 years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated capacity for developing industry leading marketing strategies in a social media and/or advertising environment
  • Deep knowledge of open social networks and engagement platforms and their best industry/marketing uses (Examples : Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Strong decision-making skills with successful experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing and measuring integrated social campaigns
  • Ability to understand the underlining technology associated with websites, communities, social media, employee communications, and internal email marketing platforms
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills to work with people at all levels
  • Ability to track program interdependencies, milestones and deliverables to ensure successful project implementation/deployment
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Energetic self-starter with good interpersonal and collaborative teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
