Senior Sales Manager

It's vital you have coached Team Leaders in an outbound, inbound sales, sales support, customer service environment before.  This is a fast-paced, ever changing workplace full of new challenges.  You will provide critical coaching to our Team Leaders to help drive sales and work closely with our Director of Sales Service Delivery taking responsibility for sales, marketing and operations.

Ideally you will have :
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience of BPO in technology
  • 5 or more years of management experience – managing Team Leaders
  • Familiarity with sales operations, marketing, business operating models and financial profit and loss experience is also strongly desired
  • The highest degree of integrity, acting with honesty and respect in everything you do

Additional skills :
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite and/or GSuite
  • The ability to present and propose ideas, best practices and business methodologies to external and internal client base
  • The skills needed to lead, coach and develop a large group of employees
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

 More about the job :
  • Observe, coach and manage the Team Leaders, providing guidance and mentoring where possible to guarantee increased sales and improved client satisfaction. Ensure adequate time is spent on the floor training Team Leaders to coach the Outbound/Inbound Sales & pre sales Reps, standing behind your colleagues and bringing out the best ideas from everyone.
  • Lead programme related conference calls, meetings and communication, listening beyond the surface to clients and colleagues.  Control expenditure and ensure client expectations are met.  Ensure Team Leaders and their teams are maintaining integrity with teams' accounts management, ownership and account profile.
  • Set, measure and implement monthly and quarterly goals for the programme – monitoring sales and lead generation quotas, ensuring client revenue objectives are obtained. Work with Director Sales Service Delivery, client and Team Leaders to establish metrics for outbound and inbound sales teams, monitoring progress closely and communicating changes without delay.
