TeleTech is seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Analyst to join our Enterprise Services team at our Regional Operating Headquarters, based in Pasay, Philippines.


Our Pricing team brings significant value and contribution to our company through… computing new prices, analyzing pricing and profitability for new and existing clients across all segments.  Not only does the Pricing team compute price points, but we are the gatekeepers for safeguarding the company’s revenue and profitability.  Our Pricing team is also at the forefront of keeping our company competitive in the market by staying up to date on new market developments and finding new and creative ways to price and demonstrate our overall value.


What you’ll be doing : 
This position is responsible for reviewing and coordinating pricing to new and existing clients within all of TeleTech’s segments with a primary focus on advising Sales, Finance and Operational leadership on details related to engagement pricing.  This position will also assist in special projects, which includes developing new pricing methodologies, documenting deal terms, financial analysis, etc. Additionally, the Senior Pricing Analyst plays a key role in the support of business leaders by providing analysis and context on proposed deals resulting in great exposure to our Senior Vice Presidents and Executive Committee.


What you’ll bring to us :

•         Provide and review pricing across all segments to ensure that pricing is timely, accurate and complete and meets the needs of the external customer 

•         Maintain and manage pricing opportunity assignments, as well as, developing weekly reports regarding pricing assignments, win/loss reports, and other ad hoc reporting

•         Reading, comprehending and interpreting complex contract requirements and translating those requirements to ensure pricing adherence. 

•         Monitor pricing outcomes to actual results and integrate learning into pricing methodology  

•         Interact with Sales, Sales Solutions, Human Capital, Operations, and Technology to drive the best solution for the client and the business

•         Gathering operational data from various reporting systems. Updating and maintaining relevant billing data in financial systems and ensure that all data is maintained accurately.

•         Establish tracking systems and maintain data integrity.

•         Review and analyze legal documentation to ensure profitability is realized through the negotiation and legal contracting process

•         Develop and deliver management reports on a periodic basis as well as provide ad hoc reporting to business leaders on the drivers of profitability by client, program and location  

•         Research location specific cost structures and model what-if pricing scenarios 
 
What skills you’ll need :

•         BA/BS or equivalent work experience

•         Advanced Excel experience required

•         Experienced financial or operational professional with 2-3 years of experience in industry.

•         Ability to interpret complex contracts

•         Experience interacting with Sales organization a plus

•         Oracle and Hyperion experience preferred

•         Experience with Hyperion reporting and Oracle a plus

•         Strong attention to details and a solid analytic skill coupled with the ability to aggressively manage deadlines and goals 

•         Must be able to thrive in a fast paced, changing and dynamic environment

•         Must possess a strong business ethic with drive to deliver on demanding deadlines

•         Willing to work on midshift to support EMEA region
