Job Description

TeleTech is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our Global Payroll Team. Our Payroll team brings significant value and contribution to our company through overall management for one of the most unique and geographically dispersed global payroll operations in the country.
 
What you’ll be doing :
This position it is critical for the proper performance and follow-up of the payroll core activities, such as the semi-monthly payroll paychecks calculation, grocery coupons, payroll receipts employee’s signatures collection, voluntary and non-voluntary termination paychecks calculations, local payroll tax calculation-payment, Saving Fund's Loan, FAN (Payroll Clarification Forms) requests processing and inclusion on the corresponding pay period, etc., to have an on-site Resource.
 
What you’ll bring to us :
  • Coordinate, process, and reconcile payroll and timekeeping data to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery. Accurate and on-time delivery metrics should exceed 99%.
  • Delivers consistent, high quality customer service
  • Escalates payroll, timekeeping, accounting and system issues as appropriate.
  • Become an expert in payroll, timekeeping, accounting and systems, and share the knowledge with the team.
  • Assists in testing and implementing system changes.
  • Trains business partners in the use of timekeeping systems
  • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and established business controls

 What skills you’ll need :
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Expert knowledge of Kronos, Oracle HR, payroll and general ledger systems
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and lead special projects
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Expert in Sarbanes Oxley rules and regulate
  • Experience in operating local and/or international payrolls
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in Payroll
  • Indian Payroll experience is a MUST
