What you’ll be doing : 
  • As a Senior Contracts Manager with direct responsibility for TTEC Digital’s commercial transactions (including consulting services, maintenance services, cloud services, software license, outsourcing, hardware sale, distribution, marketing alliance, joint venture, purchase/supply and other agreements), you will be one of the primary points-of-contact for all contract matters involving this global fast paced business.
  • You will assist in negotiating hardware, software, services and other supplier agreements with TTEC’s strategic IT suppliers.
  • As a valuable member of the TTEC Legal Department, you will partner directly with members of the leadership team, operations, and members of the company’s legal department around the globe on numerous complex issues.  

What skills you’ll need :
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in complex contract drafting and negotiations. Work with large global organizations is a plus.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of the contractual, commercial and operational risks and must be able to communicate these exposures effectively and efficiently to company decision makers, when necessary.
  • Ability to “First Chair” negotiations directly with customer personnel and attorneys.
  • Develops and maintains meaningful relationships with internal peers, the project teams, and with external entities such as clients, professional associations, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Detail oriented, with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Ability to think and to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Solid interest in learning the TTEC business, intellectual curiosity and excellent client services skills are a must.
  • Commitment to excellence in a fast-paced, high growth, aggressive business environment.
  • Flexibility and a ‘can do’ business focused attitude is a must.
