TTEC is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst/Technical solution Analyst to join our Technology & Innovation Group (TIG) Technical Solutions team at our Global Corporate Headquarters, based in Englewood, Colorado.
The Technical Solution team serves a pivotal role between key stakeholders, TTEC Sales Engineering (SE) and Information Technology functional
engineering groups. The Technical Solution Analyst (TSA) will work with minimal supervision to capture, validate, and document technical business requirements. TSAs will ensure proper approvals and stakeholder review of documentation is conducted before official handoff to the Technology Project Management Office & other teams for implementation and execution.
What you’ll be doing : 
The Senior Business Analyst/Technical Solutions Analyst will be a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and validate requirements for new and existing technology implementations. The Analyst will understand business problems and extract technical business requirements from client interactions with key stakeholders. The Technical Solution Analyst should have an interest in enterprise network architecture, telecommunications, cloud computing, and overall contact center technology.
  • Validating and/or processing documentation regarding enterprise network architecture, telecommunications, and overall technology solutions
  • Facilitation and meeting management with global stakeholders and delivery team members
  • Strong time management and ability to meet time constraints
  • Clearly describing technical requirements for new technologies
  • Formulating and defining project scope, objectives and requirements utilizing proven business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Ensure delivered solutions are meeting the needs of the business and expected measurements of success.

What skills you will bring :
  • Technical analysis or business requirements documentation experience
  • 3 years’ experience performing business analysis, technical analysis preferred
  • 2-5 years of call center operations knowledge and/or experience
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
