Role Description :
 
An Outbound Sales Specialist is responsible for professionally representing our client's business with a strong focus on outbound sales calls to/from the client database. In your role you will be able to fully understand and execute complex sales and customer service processes and successfully deliver superior service focused on a needs-based selling method. Working as part of a team, together, your focus will be to maintain strong, positive customer interactions in order to meet individual and team targets.   


Your Profile :
  • You have a natural aptitude to sell. Outbound sales experience is desirable.
  • 1  years minimum of sales/retention experience, call centre experience preferable.
  • Experience within health insurance is desirable but not essential.
  • Enjoy the excitement and fast paced call centre environment.
  • Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal skills and superior listening skills.
  • A positive and optimistic work attitude is required. We are also looking for a self-starter who has the ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment.

You must be flexible to work on a rotating roster. We have rotating shifts from 8 :00am-8 :30pm Monday to Friday and 8 :00am-2 :00pm on Saturday (approx 38 hours).
