Mettrr Sales Representative

Under supervision, Sales Representatives will receive “hand raiser” leads from customers requesting to be contacted by Mettrr for their website services.  Utilizing Mettrr’s 6 step sales process, the focus is to acquire new customers by selling Mettrr’s solution and driving program revenue. The new customers will be SMBs (Small to Medium Businesses).
In this position, you will…

•         Engage new leads along with inbound inquiries from phone. All Sales Representatives will be evaluated on their ability to meet sales quotas and revenue targets, prospecting and developing accounts.

•         Deliver revenue from your assigned leads, initiate contact with potential clients via telephone and e-mail and introduce these clients to the Mettrr solution.

•         Be measured through a variety of related sales metrics. The quality and method of work must be completed in accordance with the company's core values.

•         Other related duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university; equivalent work experience will be considered

•         Minimum 1 year solid telesales experience; face to face sales experience is a plus.

•         Business to Business sales experience preferred
  • Experience in a quota driven environment
  • Superior listening skills with the ability to identify needs and communicate ideas in a phone presentation
  • Be able to talk to anyone, anytime. No fear of the phone
  • Outstanding telephone etiquette with a strong and confident phone voice
  • Open to continuous self-improvement, must be coachable and thrive on training and mentoring
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
  • Competency using Microsoft Windows
  • Type a minimum of 30 words per min
