What you’ll be doing : 
As part of our Product Engineering team, you will be a valuable contributor within our Humanify Enterprise group as a Sr. QA Engineer.   You will work directly with the team to identity the QA needs of the new or modified application features. The Sr. QA Engineer will have a seat at the table in all meetings such as project planning, estimation, standups, and stakeholder show & tell.
 

•        Participate in active discussions regarding new features for future projects.

•        Contribute to the Architecture/Design framework.

•        Help troubleshoot and verify bugs.
 
Skills and Qualifications :
 

•        5 year’s QA software and application testing of web-based applications.

•        5  years of experience in technical and organizational leadership for software testing.

•        Establishment and review of test methods including functional, automation, load tests, security, compliance, mobile, integration, non-functional, browser and OS testing.

•        Good understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile experience a plus).

•        Establishment and maintaining software test suites.

•        Cloud agnostic multi-tenant experience.

•        Experience with QA automation tools and automated test development a plus.

•        Experience with Contact Center software a plus.

•        Proficient with SQL and relational database concepts.

•        Experience with UNIX or Linux environments.

•        Highly motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize and scope work.

•        Excellent logic, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

•        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•        Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

•        Flexibility to handle demands of a rapidly growing and changing workplace.

•        BS or MS in CS/IS or related degree or equivalent experience.
