We have an exciting opportunity to appoint junior Promotion Specialists to provide a seamless customer experience for our client and their stakeholders.
What you will be doing :
The Promotion Specialist supports the internal teams for our client as well as being the point of contact for issues related to retail promotions and events :

  •     Liaise with account managers for additional appropriate target merchants.
  •     Pitch retail promotions to target merchants and negotiate to encourage participation in our client program.
  •      Co-ordinate exchange of contracts and maintain meticulous records. 
  •      Deliver core metrics including, but not limited to, productivity, success rate and effectiveness 
  •      Ensure all information discussed with customers are logged and tracked. 
  •      Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

Your Profile :
  • 1 years experience in a customer care, retention or sales role. Telesales preferred.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce/online retail.
  • Passion and enthusiasm to wow our customers.
  • Technically savvy, and have the ability to quickly learn new technology. Knowledge of CRM systems and web applications preferred.
  • The capacity to retain technical/product knowledge.
  • Attention to detail is critical, efficiency and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, junior and senior.
  • Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal skills and superior listening skills.
  • We are also looking for a self-starter who has the ability to handle peak periods and cope with tight deadlines in a positive and optimistic manner.
