Principal – Customer Experience Strategy and Solutions
 
TTEC (formerly TeleTech) is seeking a bi-lingual (English and German) consulting Principal for our Customer Experience Strategy & Operations consulting practice.
 
Our ideal candidate should have experience innovating, selling, and leading large, complex customer transformation programs.  A track record of success in managing accounts with a focus on helping them to engage customers, grow, and differentiate in a digital ecosystem is paramount. 
 
In this role, you will help develop and deliver our capabilities to the market place through consulting, account management, and business development.

What you’ll be doing :
 
  • Delivery and Account Management
    • Hands on delivery of engagements such as senior program management, business architect, and executive advisory roles. 
    • Accountable for engagements including quality of delivery, project profitability and people management.
    • Represent TTEC (formerly TeleTech) Consulting at senior levels in relationships with assigned accounts to be a trusted advisor and expert to the client.
    • Guide the execution and client growth strategy; Be actively involved in engagement performance - setting high standards for the delivery team. 

  • Business Development
    • Serve as a customer experience subject matter expert on the account planning team providing opportunity to pull through new and existing client relationships across the organization.
    • Proactively identify and cultivate business opportunities within assigned engagements and accounts, respond to customer requirements and help craft insightful, high-quality responses as part of the account planning team
    • Convert existing opportunities and build new network and relationships into consulting solutions and new business
    • Represent the company in various business platforms, conferences, media and other public arenas through speech and/or white papers and publications across the US.
    • Achieve targeted bookings and revenue goals  

  • Leadership
    • Assist in executing our talent acquisition strategy in the region
    • Provide guidance and leadership to a highly matrixed team while demonstrating company values and brand promise.
    • Provide executive leadership for the development of the European consulting team.
    • Ensure formal feedback is provided to consulting and delivery teams for any engagement that is in their area of responsibility.
    • Promote collaboration and teamwork to achieve the best results for TTEC (formerly TeleTech) and for the customer base 


 
What you’ll bring to us :
 
An individual that will lead every day, live life passionately, seek first to understand and always do the right thing…. while not being afraid to reach for the amazing!  
  • 12 years’ professional experience including 8 years management consulting
  • Considered a customer experience and subject matter expert including customer strategies, experience design, digital solutions and business transformation.
  • Experience leading large engagements with complex organization networks, program interdependencies, and multiple partners and vendors.
  • Demonstrated experience crafting and implementing strategic business and technical solutions to meet business challenges and customer needs.
  • Strategic account perspective – aware and bringing value to the engagement delivery and day-to-day issues but primarily focused on the engagement vision, strategy, and pursuit of significant horizontal opportunities
  • Proven business development and new client sales experience
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with experience building and/or managing advisory services’ practice area.
  • Demonstrated ability in a matrixed and consultative selling environment.
  • Articulate, Personable, with Executive Presence – flexible in style to meet client needs
  • Mobility, Digital, eTail, Automotive experience preferred
  • Degree from a globally reputable university in business and/or information management. MBA degree a plus.
