teletech is seeking a Human Capital Specialist to join our Human Capital Team.

What you’ll be doing : 
This position provides human capital support for TTEC’s Analytics & Insights business in Burlington, MA. and reports into the Corporate Human Capital group.
Key responsibilities include :

•         Partnering with leadership and employees to facilitate local office engagement

•         Acting as liaison between Corporate HCBP (Human Capital Business Partner)

•         Immigration support

•         Local leadership to facilitate human capital initiatives as required

•         Facilitating performance management/improvement activities

•         Updating the HR Oracle system

•         Facilitating employee on-boarding and termination administration requirements

•         Responsibilities also include administrative management of leave/time off requests, return to work orders, as well as various reporting and distribution maintenance.
Corporate Human Capital Business Partner Liaison :
Help facilitate human capital initiatives and programs – compensation, performance, development, etc.
Immigration Administration & Support :
Facilitate communication between employees, legal and immigration COE (Center of Excellence); Assist in the preparation of documents and responses for all immigration requirements (RFEs, H1-B lottery; visa transfers, etc.); Facilitate approval process
Performance Mgmt./Improvement :
Coaching/counseling employees and managers on employee relations issues in alignment ttec policies and values.
New Employee Onboarding :
Oversee all aspects new employee onboarding including orientation and I-9 compliance 
Local Office Employee Engagement
Partner with local leadership, employees and HCBP, etc. to improve office engagement.
What you’ll bring to us :

•         Project management experience and ability to meet timelines associated key deliverables

•         Ensure the accuracy of employee records through attention to detail and timeliness of system changes

•         Adhere to all human capital service center performance objectives, metrics and standard operating procedures.

•         Strong attention to detail, focus and ability to follow standard operating procedures

•         Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
What skills you’ll need :

•         Degree in HR, Business or related field preferred

•         High level of integrity and confidentiality

•         Knowledge and experience with immigration preferred

•         Ability to quickly learn HR systems, like Oracle, and perform data entry quickly and accurately

•         Ability to manage time wisely, multi-task and work in a team environment

•         Ability to troubleshoot and be resourceful

•         Communication skills both verbal and written
