What we're looking for :

  • Computer Engineer  or similar (Preferred)
  • Fully Bilingual. Over 80% of English proficiency (speaking, reading and writing)e
  • Working experience/knowledge of desktop PC, Notebooks and peripheral devices
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Full time Availability
  • Must possess the ability to handle difficult or irate Customers Exceptional soft skills (organization, Negotiation, Follow up and Decision Making).
  • Experience working under pressure
