General Summary :
Under minimal supervision, this position collects and analyzes data for client programs.  The position operates as a leader and mentor for stats model construction, modeling variable qualification processes, data validation, and predictive modeling techniques.  This position defines and generates marketing models, prepares and presents findings to management.  This position participates in the design and maintenance of marketing databases, data integrity and reporting systems. This position works directly with client support to provide analysis, creative feedback and recommendations relating to sales, operations or marketing activities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Percent of Time
Analysis : This position has the authority to identify patterns and meaningful relationships in the data, develop predictive models and present findings that can be effectively communicated to the client and to all levels of management within TTEC.
o   Benchmark current performance – review and analyze existing models and business KPIs.
o   Analyze business goals and business results to optimize target metrics such as sales conversion rates, outbound dials/calls handled, AHT, AOV, Service cost reductions, etc.
o   Lead project coordination – develop, communicate and track implementation plan and deliverables
o   Launch and Measure – implement analytical tests, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, measure results against benchmarked KPI’s
o   Test and Refine – conduct A/B testing, evaluate business rules to results, reset benchmarks as necessary
o   Work with marketing, sales, and operations to identify areas for growth and expansion of online customer support programs; email, knowledgebase and CRM
o   Analyze and interpret statistical data in order to identify significant differences in relationships among sources of information.
o   Apply sampling techniques or utilize complete enumeration bases in order to determine and define target groups/populations to be modeled.
o   Design research projects that apply valid scientific techniques and utilize information obtained from baselines or historical data in order to structure uncompromised and efficient analyses.
o   Evaluate sources of information in order to determine any limitations in terms of reliability or usability.
o   Evaluate the statistical methods and procedures used to obtain data in order to ensure validity, applicability, efficiency, and accuracy.
o   Examine probability and inference in order to discover mathematical bases for new or improved methods of obtaining and evaluating numerical data.
o   Plan data collection methods for specific projects, and determine the types and sizes of sample groups to be used.
o   Process large amounts of data for statistical modeling and graphic analysis.
o   Report results of statistical analyses via power-point, including information in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.
o   Develop an understanding of marketing and sales data fields to which statistical methods are to be applied in order to determine whether methods and results are appropriate.
o   Prepare data for processing by organizing information, checking for any inaccuracies, and adjusting and weighting the raw data.
o   Provide guidance to other workers collecting and tabulating data.
o   Aggregates and creates metadata via ETL processes for use in statistical modeling environments
Recommendations and Client Contact : This position has the authority to collect client requirements, make marketing and database analysis recommendations to the client.
Develop Programs : This position has the authority to develop programs, to integrate analysis into a desktop and/or web-based reporting tool, to integrate analysis into marketing platforms
Design : This position has the authority to design, code, test, debug and document programs for the purpose of modeling, sales and marketing reports, marketing database information capture and transformation.
Communication : Client-facing : Gather and document client’s marketing information requirements. Internal : Assist in working with team members and IT staff to ensure all database functions are working correctly.
Reporting : This position has the authority to design and generate reports to track, measure, and analyze model performance, marketing program effectiveness, and sales operations.
Lead Management : Assist in working with Sales Management and Campaign Marketing to develop the criteria and tools to net the best prospects and buyers for inbound/outbound efforts.
Project Management : This position has the authority to manage client and marketing projects from discovery and scoping to delivery of a finished product.
Segmentation : Participate in and provide recommendations for marketing segmentation projects and results.

Job Specifications :
Yrs of Experience
Qualifications/Experience Required :
-       Required : Minimum of two years experience building and applying regression models, clustering, CART analysis or multivariate analysis
-       Experience developing analytical and statistical analysis of results to identify trends, behaviors, and data analytics in an inbound/outbound call center environment
-       Ability to analyze impacts of tactical and strategic changes within a client driven business
-       Self-reliant and self-directed
-       Direct Marketing, Electronic Direct Marketing, List Processing or Social Media Marketing Quantification experience a plus 
-       BS/BA required
-       SQL database query language preferred
-       SAS, KXEN, R, Python, or other stats software experience required
-       Analytical and problem solving skills, detail-oriented
-       Desired : Minimum of  two years experience working in an inbound/outbound contact center operational or client relationship role, with specific experience supporting online customer support programs
-       Knowledge of inbound/outbound contact center technologies including : Inbound/Outbound Voice, Chat, Email, and CRM
-       Excellent business writing, communication and presentation skills
-       Strong MS Excel and Powerpoint skills preferred
