Job Description

The Compensation Manager will join the global base pay team and will focus primarily on agent wages. Provide guidance on salary planning, global allowances, and reporting for the company. Strong leadership and people management skills, communication, business savvy, client relationship building, innovative and critical thinking, and a strong results orientation are critical to success in this role.
You will be responsible for :

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, policies, structures, procedures and practices
  • Audit and analyze current programs, policies and procedures to develop proposals on potential changes, gaps or enhancements to improve existing methods  
  • Oversee annual merit and incentive programs  
  • Coach, mentor and provide guidance to compensation team  
  • Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs  
  • Develop job evaluations for various positions and determine appropriate base pay  
  • Ensuring alignment with our corporate compensation philosophy, participate in the review of market data and development of market reference ranges, including report development, analysis of market data, movement recommendation and costing for both US and all other countries  
  • Manage a team of Compensation professionals

Desired Skills and Experience :

  • 2 years of people management experience in compensation
  • 6 years of increasingly responsible experience in compensation
  • Previous experience in call center/BPO industry preferred
  • Expert Excel skills 
  • Advanced HRIS, Word, and PowerPoint skills  
  • Experienced with implementing and managing compensation planning within large scale ERP and smaller Compensation Management systems - Oracle and Cornerstone preferred
  • Established ability to work in team environment with a strong focus on customer service  
  • Demonstrated project management and ability to lead multiple initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment  
  • Strong business acumen, presentation, analytical, and systems skills  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Must be discrete and maintain the highest confidentiality with extremely sensitive data
