TTEC is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager to join our IT team based at our HQ in Denver, CO. We’re a global company that is 52,000+ employees strong. Our global IT organization of 600 supports the entire enterprise that encompasses over 50,000 users across our businesses aligned in four pillars - Customer Care, Technology Services, Strategy Services, & Growth Services.

What you’ll be Doing: 

This senior management position is specific to the AtHome systems engineering division and is responsible for providing vision and leadership in the planning, execution, delivery, and support of the AtHome Engineering and AtHome IT Ops teams.

The System Engineering Manager will lead high-performing teams capable of working effectively in a team environment, encouraging productivity and innovation. The manager will lead by example with a high level of professionalism through sharing knowledge and expertise and providing ongoing feedback to achieve business and team goals.

During a Typical Day, You’ll:

·Lead teams responsible for managing and supporting endpoint solutions for both onsite and remote users.

·Ensure maximum system availability and reliability at all times.

·Oversee patch management processes and coordinate security remediation efforts.

·Direct team initiatives for system upgrades and enhancements.

·Participate in the analysis, design, development, and ongoing maintenance of software solutions supporting endpoint users.

·Ensure timely resolution of all reported system issues.

·Collaborate with the IT Project Management team during new project launches, coordinating team activities to meet project goals.

·Support Technical Account Managers by addressing their endpoint solution application requirements for project accounts.

·Manage and coordinate team efforts internally and with other IT departments to ensure seamless operations.

·Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for prioritized initiatives.

·Lead efforts to identify and implement solutions that address business needs effectively.

·Engage with various organizational units, providing technical expertise as the subject matter expert and delivering solutions in alignment with plans.

·Allocate tasks across teams based on daily operational priorities.

·Assist IT and Operations executives with technical escalations as needed.

What You Bring to the Role:

·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology field, or equivalent industry experience. Studies in Information Systems Management are preferred.

·At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, including leadership responsibilities such as direct team oversight and professional development.

·Extensive experience managing large-scale projects and leading diverse teams.

·Strong understanding of IT architectures, current industry trends, emerging technologies, and product capabilities.

·Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts effectively.

·Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.

·Exceptional time management, change management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

·Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong skills in technical design and documentation.

·Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure/Intune, Cloud Virtual Desktop as a Service (DaaS), Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), patch management, Group Policy Management, Google Cloud management, and related management tools.

·Proven expertise in managing Windows and server administration.

·Skilled in designing and deploying MECM server infrastructure at large scale.

·Strong written communication, presentation, facilitation, and collaboration skills.

·Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.

·Adaptable and effective in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.

·Excellent project management and prioritization skills.

·Capable of clearly communicating ideas and recommendations to non-engineering team members.

·Experience with Tanium and Kandji is considered an advantage.

 The anticipated range is $110-115,000. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
