Talent Acquisition Content Marketing Creator

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Leadership

·Lead full-cycle recruitment delivery across high-volume hiring programs and corporate hiring needs.

·Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans aligned with workforce forecasts, business priorities, and service level expectations.

·Partner with Operations leaders and HR Business Partners to understand workforce demand, talent gaps, and hiring priorities.

·Oversee recruiter performance, productivity, and funnel health to ensure hiring performance metrics are met.

·Ensure consistent execution of recruiting processes, assessments, and compliance standards.

·Support workforce ramp planning, surge hiring, and critical staffing initiatives.

Candidate Engagement & Experience

·Design, implement, and manage candidate engagement strategies that improve application conversion, attendance, and offer acceptance rates.

·Oversee multichannel candidate communications including email, SMS, phone outreach, social engagement, and CRM workflows.

·Lead virtual and onsite hiring events, open houses, and recruitment marketing initiatives.

·Continuously evaluate and enhance the endtoend candidate journey to reduce dropoff and improve satisfaction

·Monitor candidate satisfaction metrics and drive improvements based on insights and feedback.

Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding

·Partner with Marketing and HR teams to strengthen employer branding initiatives across digital and local markets.

·Develop targeted recruitment campaigns leveraging job boards, social media, referral programs, and community partnerships.

·Support local market engagement strategies to attract talent in competitive labor markets.

·Enhance the company’s brand visibility through hiring events, strategic partnerships, and community outreach activities.

Operational Excellence & Analytics

·Analyze recruiting funnel metrics, conversion ratios, and sourcing effectiveness to identify optimization opportunities.

·Maintain reporting related to:

oTime-to-fill

oInterview show rates

oOffer acceptance

oCandidate pipeline health

oSource effectiveness

oHiring event outcomes

·Leverage ATS and CRM technologies to automate and optimize candidate engagement workflows.

·Ensure all recruiting operations align with company policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements.

Leadership & Collaboration

·Coach and develop recruiters and recruiting coordinators to elevate performance and candidate experience delivery.

·Foster strong crossfunctional partnerships with: Operations

oWorkforce Management

oLearning & Development

oMarketing

·Serve as a strategic advisor on talent market trends and hiring challenges.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Experience

·6+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, talent engagement, or high‑volume recruiting leadership.

·Experience in BPO, contact center, retail, hospitality, or similarly fast-paced operational environments preferred.

Skills

·Proven ability to lead in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment supporting high-volume hiring operations.

·Strong communication, relationshipbuilding, and stakeholder management skills.

·Demonstrated ability to engage and influence candidates across multiple channels

·Excellent organizational and timemanagement capabilities.

·Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and scheduling tools.

·Ability to support both virtual and onsite recruiting events as needed.

·Flexibility to adjust work schedule based on hiring demand.
