What You’ll be Doing

Do you have a passion for leading, mentoring and coaching? Looking to make a positive impact on the employee experience? This team provides streamlined IDentity Management (ID) and application services throughout the employee’s lifecycle. In this role, you’ll coach and develop leaders to make sure they’re on track to meet goals and motivate their teams. You’ll review and analyze ID timelines and issues tracking for trends and proactive solutioning. You’ll be a part of the team working to create well defined access, at each level of employment, striving to solve some of today’s evolving information security risks.

You’ll report to the Director. You’ll impact the business by creating a positive employee experience through developing team leaders who support employees with access to the tools and systems they need achieve maximum potential in each phase of their career.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Monitor overall team creation, changing, and termination of credentials in multiple TTEC and/or client tools for accuracy and ensure service level agreements are met

  • Audit ticketing systems and reporting tools where changes, updates, and status of employees’ IDs and profiles are tracked

  • Deliver monthly reporting on TTEC and Client Access Service Level Agreements and Access Issues

  • Attend daily, weekly, and monthly calibration and status calls to discuss current and future ID/access deliverables

  • Create and maintain process documentation for TTEC and client ID procedures



  • What You Bring to the Role

  • 3-year minimum related experience in supervisory level

  • Ability to identity and mitigate risks

  • Proven organizational skills and ability to set and meet/exceed objectives

  • Proven ‘out of the box’ thinking, that has helped to lead or guide the Onboarding Guide or ID Management team in a new direction or change/improve processes

  • Advanced MS Office skills including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PPT, SharePoint

  • Strong decision-making skills, ability to manage difficult situations, and de-escalate/diffuse
