Sales Representative – Digital Marketing

As a Sales Representative – Digital Marketing working in São Paulo, Brazil, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #ExperienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.
What You’ll be Doing
Looking for an opportunity to manage a global customer relationship with an iconic brand? Do you have a passion for motivating others? In this role, you will work closely with various clients to discuss goals and needs, ensure your team is aligned with new project information, and actively work to improve processes and performance to improve results. You will ensure a healthy and ongoing client relationship on behalf of TTEC, as well as play an active role in developing your team and motivating them to reach for amazing.

During a Typical Day, You’ll
• Finding and closing digital media opportunities for small and medium business
• Providing customers with product information
• Direct calling customers (80 to 100 calls per day)
• Selling new products to customers by analyzing each customer's needs, designing campaigns based on their marketing objectives and best practices
• Creating campaigns based on the client's business needs analysis, marketing objectives, and best practices
• Optimizing, supporting, and maintaining customer portfolio campaigns
• Acting strongly in benefiting CRM, seeking contacts, and identifying customer decision maker
What You Bring to the Role
• College education in progress or completed
• Experience with consultative telephone sales in a customer-focused environment 
• Experience in online marketing and reaching telephone sales goals (preferred)
• Sales profile with energy, proactivity, dynamism, and sales argumentation

• Monthly Salary: BRL $ 3,328.78 + Commission + Transportation Voucher + Meal Voucher or Food Voucher
