TTEC is seeking for a Returnship candidate with Audit experience to join our team.


TTEC is looking for a talented individual to join our Internal Audit team. Our Auditor will be responsible for conducting Financial Audits, Operational Audits, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance support. You will conduct these audits using tools and techniques common to the audit profession. Assist executive management in the identification and control of financial-related risks associated with the achievement of company compliance and strategic objectives. Additional responsibilities include, preparing reports complete with findings and practical recommendations and communicating that information to company management.


What you’ll be doing : 
Responsible for conducting operational audits and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing with an emphasis in Finance. Conduct operational audits using tools and techniques common to the audit profession. Assist executive management in the identification and control of related risks associated with the achievement of company strategic and compliance objectives. Additional responsibilities include, preparing reports complete with findings and practical recommendations.
 
 
 What you’ll bring to us :

  • Assist in operational audits with strong focus on collaborating with management to achieve effectiveness and efficiency to obtain value added solutions.
  • Help document information technology, operational, and compliance audits using tools and techniques common to the auditing profession. Focuses on collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Risk Assurance, and Fraud Prevention organizations on consultative and audit projects.
  • Assist in planning the scope of the audit plan and audit program
  • Prepare written reports complete with findings and practical recommendations
  • Provide Sarbanes-Oxley compliance support to the Finance organization



What skills you’ll need :

  • 3 years experience in a combination of internal or external auditing, with a strong background in financial analysis and process controls.
  • BA/BS degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline
  • Interest in pursuing one or more of the following certifications : CPA, CIA, CFE or applicable professional internal audit designation
  • 2 years of Sarbanes-Oxley experience
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and auditing standards
  • Strong project management skills combined with effective written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, as well as a customer-oriented focus
  • Technology literacy - audit and control methodologies, electronic work papers, intermediate excel and other MS office suite products
