TeleTech is seeking an Avaya Support Engineer to join our IT team. Our global IT organization of 600 supports the entire enterprise that encompasses over 40,000 endpoints across our businesses aligned in four pillars - Customer Care, Technology Services, Strategy Services, & Growth Services.

What you’ll be doing :
The Avaya Support Engineer responsible for troubleshooting of approximately 20,000 Avaya call center agents. This is a global environment which will integrate with multi-vendor ACD strategy.

You will be responsible for :
• Troubleshooting of a Global Avaya Solution including Aura cloud deployments, Aura, Call Center Elite, SM, SMGR, CMS, CDR, AES, EDP, EP, EMC and Snap Ins
• Troubleshooting of the Teletech customer Call Center solutions
• Working with the Teletech on site IT resources to troubleshoot new sites and existing sites a global corporate environment

Desired Skills and Experience :
• 2 years of experience working with Avaya / SIP / VoIP engineering
• 3 years of experience in IP Voice technologies.
• Expert knowledge of LAN/WAN systems, networks, and applications
• Experienced interfacing with vendors for new technology development and collaboration
• In-depth knowledge of VoIP; experience Avaya VoIP Products.
• In-depth knowledge of IP Routing, Quality of Service technologies with demonstrated troubleshooting in a large enterprise organization.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
