Head of Global Compensation - Remote

What You'll be Doing

As the Head of Global Compensation, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of TTEC's global compensation philosophy. You'll design, develop, implement, and oversee all compensation programs that ensure the organization remains competitive, equitable, and compliant in a dynamic global marketplace.

Reporting to the Vice President, Total Rewards, you will make impact leveraging your expertise in international compensation practices, regulatory frameworks, and focus on aligning compensation strategies with the overall business goals of the company.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Compensation Program Design: Expertly design and administer a diverse array of pay programs covering all global employee groups, including salaried and hourly employees, as well as executive, sales, base pay, and variable compensation. This includes refining global and local pay structures and architecting strategic short‑ and long‑term incentive plan frameworks.
  • Team Leadership: Direct a high-performing global compensation team. Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to foster a culture focused on expertise and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive global compensation strategy that supports the company's mission, vision, and talent objectives. This includes short-term and long-term compensation planning.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, analysis, and competitive benchmarking to ensure compensation programs for salaried and hourly roles, along with executive and sales positions, remain externally competitive across all global markets.

  • Policy Development & Compliance: Create, implement, and maintain globally consistent compensation policies, procedures, and governance 

    frameworks across all countries in which TTEC operates. Oversee the development of global and market‑specific salary structures and ensure alignment with universal compensation principles while accommodating unique in‑country statutory requirements. Partner with HR, Legal, and regional leaders to proactively identify regulatory changes worldwide and ensure ongoing compliance across all global operations.

  • Communication & Education: Lead the development of clear, compelling communications that effectively convey compensation philosophies, programs, and changes to employees, managers, and senior leadership.

What You Bring to the Role

  • 14+ years’ of increasingly responsibility & experience in global corporate compensation; including 5+ years leading a team
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience in HR, Accounting, Finance, or other fields 
  • Business and financial acumen to deeply understand the organization's dynamics while aligning compensation strategies with business goals
  • Demonstrated experience designing and administering compensation programs for both salaried and hourly employee populations across multiple geographies.
  • Demonstrated experience in compensation plan designs and implementation of compensation structures, (short term, long term, sales, and executive) across multiple geographies
  • Exceptional presentation skills including the ability to compose highly effective executive and Board-level presentations
  • Deep understanding of global compensation laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Outstanding analytical abilities and a strong focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with senior executives, HR partners, and external stakeholders
