Data Engineering team is responsible for developing and maintaining Companies enterprise data warehouse which is considered business critical. Any support gap will result in revenue loss to the company
Essential responsibilities include Design, implement, and optimize highly scalable and reliable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using native GCP services. Leverage and manage core GCP components, including Cloud Composer (Apache Airflow), Dataflow, DataProc, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run and VertexAI. Build, manage, and optimize data assets within BigQuery, utilizing tools like DataForm for pipeline orchestration and SQL-based transformations. Implement solutions for real-time and batch data ingestion using services such as DataStream and Cloud Storage. Write robust, efficient, and well-tested code primarily in Python and SQL for data processing, scripting, and development tasks. Work closely with data scientists, analysts, product managers, and other engineering teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
