What You'll be Doing
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and data-driven Talen Acquisition Sourcer to support our BPO hiring efforts across the EMEA region. As a Sourcer, you will play a critical role in building qualified talent pipelines for customer service, sales, and technical support roles across multiple languages and markets. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify talent pools, map markets, and source passive and active candidates through various sourcing channels.
This is an ideal role for someone with strong research skills, a passion for recruitment, and a keen understanding of talent dynamics in the BPO industry across EMEA.
During a Typical Day, You'll:
- • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to deeply understand role requirements, target profiles, and sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates for a wide range of BPO roles (customer service, sales, tech support, team leads) across key EMEA markets.
• Build talent pipelines for multilingual roles, targeting candidates fluent in English, French, German, Arabic, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, and more.
• Leverage sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (e.g., Bayt, StepStone, Reed, Jobberman), boolean searches, databases, and social media.
• Conduct initial outreach to candidates via email, InMail, and messaging platforms to generate interest and qualify basic fit.
• Screen and assess candidates for language proficiency, job fit, and availability, before passing them on to recruiters.
• Maintain accurate records of sourcing activity in the ATS or CRM system.
• Support market mapping and competitor research for new and existing BPO campaigns.
• Track and report on sourcing metrics (e.g., reachouts, response rates, conversion rates) to continuously improve performance.
What You Bring to the Role
- • 1–2+ years of experience in a sourcing or research role within a recruitment or BPO environment.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing for high-volume, multilingual roles in customer support or sales.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, boolean search, and online candidate engagement best practices.
• Familiarity with talent landscapes across EMEA regions, particularly in BPO hubs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote or distributed team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting recruitment for EMEA time zones and markets.
• Exposure to voice, chat, and email-based support roles.
• Knowledge of language assessment tools and customer service/call center hiring criteria.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing CRMs (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, Workable, etc.).
• Fluency in an additional EMEA language is a plus (e.g., French, German, Arabic, etc.).
