Location – Dunton, Essex, SS15

Onsite Training - Fully paid training and equipment provided

Salary – up to £24,000

Hybrid Working – 4 days office/1 day home

Hours - 8.30am to 5.00pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

The SBU Administrator role is integral to the daily operations of Dunton SBU and the Commercial Vehicle Fleet Service Centre (“CVFSC”). The SBU Administrator’s duties include ad-hoc operational administrative support and the pulling together and distribution of CVFSC reports. They are also responsible for supporting the CVFSC in managing rotas and tracking holidays and other absences for the Team.

During a Typical Day, You’ll:

  • Act as a central liaison between Operations and Work Force Management, supporting annual leave requests and maintaining attendance records, rota reviews and updates, also supporting leadership with monitoring schedule adherence. Inputting Data for Reports and sending them to customers, dealers or Internal Ford stakeholders.
  • Managing the set-up of new Team members, arranging equipment, requesting system access, as well as supporting on site collection with new employees
  • Supporting the team with equipment or locker concerns or requests, supporting equipment returns to site
  • Support with the creation of Customer cases in our CRM system.
  • Raising Cheque Requests
  • Supporting all on site employee engagement or visitor events.
  • Building, developing and maintaining good working relationships across all stakeholder levels including Ford client, team managers, senior management and support departments.
  • Provide ad-hoc operational or administrative support as required.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Secondary School qualifications or similar: GCSE/O Grades/ N/SVQ’s Level 1&2. or equivalent experience.
  • Previous practiced administration experience is essential
  • Entry level reporting and data analysis experience would be useful
  • Previous practiced experience working within a call centre environment is advantageous
  • Proficient user of MS Desktop applications and MS operating systems; Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook). Specialist reporting system knowledge would be desirable
  • Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Diligence, attention to detail and reliability are essential
