What You’ll be Doing
Deliver exceptional service to dissatisfied customers by demonstrating empathy and taking ownership of their case or enquiry with the objective of achieving a satisfactory resolution. This may include effectively liaising with internal and external support areas where appropriate.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver Outstanding Experiences
Ensure every customer interaction is professional, empathetic, and leaves a positive impression. - Resolve Efficiently & Proactively
Aim for first-time resolution of simple enquiries and manage workload flexibly to meet priorities. - Maintain Transparent Communication
Keep customers and stakeholders updated throughout cases, fostering trust and collaborative relationships. - Negotiate & Decide Wisely
Lead fair negotiations between customers and retailers, making sound financial decisions aligned with policies. - Accurate Documentation & Compliance
Update CRM records diligently, adhere to brand policies, and contribute to KPIs and service-level goals. - Continuous Learning & Coaching
Stay updated on brand products/processes, share insights, and provide corrective coaching to improve service. - Professionalism in Challenges
Deliver difficult decisions with clarity, empathy, and professionalism while supporting aged cases and ad-hoc projects.
Ideal Qualifications
- Case Management Expertise
Proven experience handling complex, high value customer service cases in demanding environments. - Customer Recovery Skills
Ability to turn dissatisfied customers into positive experiences through empathy and professionalism. - Negotiation & Decision Making
Skilled in navigating complex discussions, balancing priorities, and making sound commercial decisions. - Emotional Intelligence
High levels of empathy and emotional awareness to build trust and manage sensitive situations. - Organizational & Communication Skills
Strong time/workload management, professional writing ability, and clear stakeholder engagement. - Technical & Industry Knowledge
Computer literacy (Excel, Word) with desirable interest or knowledge of cars/commercial vehicles. - Educational Background
Graduate qualification supporting professional credibility and career development
