What You'll be Doing
The Global Employee Engagement Senior Specialist – Employee Communications (APAC), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring impactful employee communication strategies that inform, engage, and inspire our workforce across the region. We’re looking for an up-and-coming communications visionary who is passionate about best practices, emerging trends, and creative storytelling in the employee communications space.
During a Typical Day, You'll
Translate complex business updates and strategies into clear, engaging messages for
APAC employees
• Develop and deliver a variety of employee communications, including:
• Support execution of communication plans, including messaging, tactics, and
timelines
• Partner with internal stakeholders in APAC region (Philippines, India and Australia)
to support company and departmental initiatives
• Provide communication guidance and recommendations to internal clients
• Support special events, program launches, and regional initiatives
• Draft and edit content using AP Style, ensuring consistency with TTEC’s brand and
voice
• Track engagement program participation, effectiveness, and outcomes
What You Bring to the Role
• 3–4 years of experience in employee communications or a related role
• Background in corporate communications preferred
• BA/BS in Communications or related field preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel up to 50% during offsite events
