TTEC is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager to join our IT team based at our HQ in Denver, CO. We’re a global company that is 52,000+ employees strong. What you’ll be doing: 

This management position is specific to the AtHome systems engineering division and is responsible for providing vision and leadership in the planning, execution, delivery, and support of the AtHome Engineering and AtHome IT Ops teams.

The System Engineering Manager will lead high-performing teams capable of working effectively in a team environment, encouraging productivity and innovation. The manager will lead by example with a high level of professionalism through sharing knowledge and expertise and providing ongoing feedback to achieve business and team goals.

·During a Typical Day, You’ll:

·Lead teams that own and manage endpoint solutions for remote users

·Ensure the highest levels of systems availability

·Oversee Patch Management and Security remediation

·Lead team efforts for System Upgrades

·Participate in the analysis, design, development, and maintenance of software solutions related to remote employees

·Ensure all reported system issues are resolved

·Work with the IT Project Management team in new project launches and coordinate team activities

·Assist Technical Account Managers on their project account technology needs regarding their endpoint solution application needs

·Manage team efforts among team members and coordinate with other IT 

·Develop and maintain detailed plans for prioritized projects

·Guide efforts toward solving business needs

·Work with different areas of the organization, provide technical details as manager subject matter expert and deliver according to plan

·Distribute tasks among the teams based on the day-to-day needs

·Assist on IT and Operations executives technical escalations until resolved

What You Bring to the Role:

·Post-secondary Computer Science or Engineering degree in the technology field, or equivalent industry experience. Information Systems Management studies is desired.

·Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar type of role combined with leading teams including direct oversight, and professional development.

·Significant experience managing medium to large projects and teams

·Experience in solution design and implementation

·Understanding of information technology architectures, trends, industry directions and product capabilities

·Experience in vendor and contract management

·Proven ability to communicate in both user-friendly and technical language with all levels of an organization

·Strong time management, change management, analytical and problem-solving skills

·Detailed oriented, organized with technical design & documentation skills

·Ability to learn new technologies on the fly in a dynamic environment

·Technology specialist and a team player with ability to multitask

·Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment, and respond to emergency situations effectively

·Strong written, presentation, facilitation, and collaboration skills

·Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization

·Ability to work in a fast-paced rapidly evolving environment

·Excellent time management and project management skills

·High level of sound and independent judgment and reasoning

·Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures

·Able to communicate ideas and recommendations to non-engineer team members in a clear manner

 The anticipated range is $110-115,000. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
