What you’ll be Doing: 

 TTEC is seeking a highly skilled macOS Engineer to join our Endpoint Engineering team. This role is focused on managing and evolving our enterprise Apple ecosystem using Kandji, supporting executive-level users, and ensuring a secure, scalable, and seamless macOS experience across the organization.

During a Typical Day, You’ll:

·Kandji Platform Management: Administer and optimize Kandji MDM, including Blueprints, Auto Apps, and Liftoff workflows. Leverage Kandji Passport for seamless authentication and identity integration.

·macOS Engineering at Scale: Design, deploy, and maintain macOS configurations and policies for a global enterprise environment. Ensure compliance with security standards and operational excellence.

·Apple Scripting & Automation: Develop and maintain AppleScript, shell, and Python scripts to automate system tasks, software deployments, and user workflows.

·Expertise in Windows, Cloud, and Endpoint Management: Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows OS, Azure/Intune, Cloud Virtual Desktop as a Service (DaaS), Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), patch management, Group Policy Management, Google Cloud management, and related management tools.

·Executive Support: Provide white-glove Tier 3 support to executive and VIP users, ensuring high availability, performance, and discretion.

·Security & Compliance: Collaborate with GIS and InfoSec teams to enforce endpoint security policies, manage patching cycles, and remediate vulnerabilities.

·Cross-Platform Collaboration: Work closely with Windows and Linux endpoint teams to ensure consistent user experiences and policy alignment across platforms.

·Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge bases. 

What You Bring to the Role:

·5+ years of experience in macOS systems engineering in an enterprise environment.

·Deep expertise with Kandji MDM and Kandji Passport.

·Proficiency in AppleScript, Bash, and Python.

·Experience supporting executive-level users with professionalism and urgency.

·Familiarity with identity management (Okta, Azure AD), SSO, and endpoint security tools.

·Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

·Kandji Certified Administrator or equivalent experience.

·Experience with Zero Trust and modern endpoint security frameworks.

·Background in supporting hybrid and remote workforces.

·Comfortable working in fast-paced, globally distributed teams.

 The anticipated range is $80-90,000. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
