What You’ll Do
Do you have the entrepreneurial motivation to drive the success of a start-up sales program? As a TTEC Business Development Representative, you will be the catalyst for new revenue growth by selling TTEC and Percepta solutions to new customers. As a consultative sales professional, you will take ownership of positioning our automotive and mobility solutions portfolios, developing and managing a sales pipeline, and securing net-new business.
You'll report to the Manager of Business Development.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Collaborate closely with TTEC and Percepta growth marketing and sales teams to execute coordinated campaign motions aligned with the broader go-to-market strategy, ensuring consistency across prospecting and engagement efforts.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate sales opportunities through a blend of outbound (including email outreach) and inbound strategies—guiding prospects until they’re ready to move forward in the sales cycle.
- Conduct research on companies as a component of lead generation and qualification activities utilizing resources such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, intent data tools, and specialized business intelligence platforms.
- Gather key information to update Salesforce records and assign a nurture path and follow-up strategy.
Transform Leads to Sales Opportunities, by cultivating and educating key decision makers and prospective buyers as they move into the sales cycle. - Accurately and confidently convey our solutions to prospective business partners as strategic options to improve their business operations.
Schedule introductory meetings between Account Executives, “key executives", senior leaders, and prospective clients and potential customers.
What You Bring to the Role
- 2+ years’ experience in a B2B and/or B2C consultative sales roles with a minimum of 1 year of closing and multi-client book management experience.
- Experience prospecting companies on international markets; background in the automotive industry is a plus.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
o Ability to thrive in ambiguity, learn quickly and be a creative problem solver.
