What You’ll Do

TTEC is looking for a detail-oriented Brand Coordinator to ensure that all materials created are consistent and reflect the vibrancy of the TTEC brand.

You'll report to the Creative Director based in the US. This candidate will join a group of communicators, designers, and marketers to help bring the brand to life.


During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Be responsible for the consistency and quality of every piece of external marketing material that leaves the department including social media posts, videos, web pages, sales collateral, and more
• Partner with the design team in Colombia and the USA and the Agile project management team to ensure that each piece of content meets quality standards,are tracked with consistent naming conventions and is saved in a  central repository for future use
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, growth marketers, site designers and more to establish and maintain brand standards across the globe.

What You Bring to the Role

• Impeccable reading, writing, and speaking English skills
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and creative development
• A key understanding of the creative development and project management process with the ability to synthesize complex problems into manageable parts
• Possess excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact with others using sensitivity, tact, and sound judgment.
• Experience building brand maps, brand architecture guidelines, and style guides
• Detail orientation and copy editing skills
