What you’ll be doing: 

You will be a member of a great team in Poland. You will be competent in Human Resources related matters and be a trustful partner for employees and managers. Delivering of HC processes to managers and employees across country you will also identify improvement needs and propose solutions. You will cooperate with other HC teams (Payroll, Timekeeping, Shared Service) as well as external vendors and authorities to deliver a great employee experience. You will make sure the high standard of excellence is met and want to develop a great career with the support and development from TTEC.

The Role

• Delivering high levels employee levels of employee experience.
• You will help with onboarding new hires and all associated documentation needed.
• Performing assigned tasks on timely manner, with high level of ownership and performance
• Using your experience, anticipate obstacles and think ahead about next steps
• Coordinating standard team tasks involving other team members
• Care about good collaboration with other teams on HC related matters
• Sharing and seeking information, ideas, solutions and resources with others openly
• Looking for opportunities to improve processes or making systems more efficient for increased performance
• Efficient use of time and resources by effective planning of individual work as well as challenging the inefficient processes 
• When performing tasks always have the employee experience at the heart of what we do and take into consideration team goals and company strategy
• Understanding the part your role plays in delivering a great employee experience
• Recognize and respect the diverse ideas, perspectives and values of others
• Deliver onboarding and manager training on HC Processes and procedures

What skills you’ll need:

• Minimum 1 years HR/HC 
• Good knowledge of local labor law and HC regulations
• Excellent knowledge of the English and Polish languages
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented, well organized and responsible, with ability to work under pressure and prioritize your own work effectively.
• A “can do attitude”
• Passion for doing the right thing the right way!

• You are not afraid to admit mistake you made because you understand that this is the way to learn, receive feedback and improve
• You are not afraid of asking questions and seeking advice when needed from others in the team
